ut You Loose (Ras Nas debut CD) - 1997
Cut You Loose is Ras Nas debut CD. Produced by Ras Nas under Kongoi Productions, the CD contains nine solid tracks with styles ranging from reggae, afro, jungle and metal. Experimental in nature, Cut You Loose was the ticket that put Ras Nas on the global musical map. The CD has received considerable magazine reviews and airplay in different radio stations around the world.


RAW 2000 CD with Ras NasRAW 2000 - 2000

RAW 2000 is a compilation produced by Ruff Cut for Reggae Ambassadors Worldwide. This compilation brings together reggae artists from all corners of the world. Ras Nas contributes with the track “Trouble in a Dub”. The track is a musical warning to people to use condom. RAW 2000 has received critical acclaim and presents some of the finest innovators of reggae such as Nasio Fontaine and Cosmo.


Combinations CD Norway with Ras NasCombiNations - 1999

This is another compilation where Ras Nas is featured alongside a number of other world music artists living in Norway. The CD represents the international music of Norway. Among artists participating are Senegalese Solo Cissokho and Algerian rai singer Cheb Hocine. Ras Nas appears with a track “Jungle” taken from Ras Nas’ debut CD “Cut You Loose”.



Amun Tropical Acts Vol.1 - 2002
Amun Tropical Acts Vol.1 is a compilation bringing together different African artists living in Norway. In this CD Ras Nas is featured with two tracks, “Asha” and “Trouble in a Dub”.





Bob Marley på Norsk med Ras NasBob Marley på Norsk (Bob Marley in Norwegian) - 2001
Ras Nas contributed in two tracks. One track "Jeg skjøt snuten ( I shot the Sheriff)" together with rapper Apollo and Definite. Another track "Liten øks (Small axe)" with Freddy Dahl and Pål Terjei Aasheim. The compilation was the first of its kind where a number of top class Norwegian musicians translate Bob Marley's classics into Norwegian.
